China and Hungary have started a Patent Prosecution Highway Pilot Program since March 1st, 2016

According to a Memorandum of Understanding between the State Intellectual Property Office of the People’s Republic of China (SIPO) and Hungarian Intellectual Property Office (HIPO), the SIPO and HIPO will start a three-year Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) Pilot Program from March 1, 2016 to February 28, 2019. Patent applicants can now file requests for PPH to SIPO or to HIPO in accordance with related procedures.
