TIPO will soon extend the delay period of patent publication from three months to six months

On January 28, 2016, Taiwan Intellectual Property Office (TIPO) has announced to amend Article 86 of the Enforcement Rules of the Taiwan Patent Act. The amended Article 86 will extend the delay period of patent publication from 3 months to 6 months.
